Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service during breakfast hours

• Set up, maintain, and restock breakfast buffet according to brand standards

• Ensure food is fresh, well-presented, and complies with safety and hygiene regulations

• Clean and sanitize breakfast area, dining tables, and food service equipment

• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management

• Assist with kitchen cleanup and dishwashing as needed

• Follow all health and safety guidelines

• Respond promptly to guest needs or requests in a courteous manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous food service , serve safe or hospitality experience is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

Work Schedule:
Typically mornings, including weekends and holidays — shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM.
