Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Position Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service during breakfast hours

Set up, maintain, and restock breakfast buffet according to brand standards

Ensure food is fresh, well-presented, and complies with safety and hygiene regulations

Clean and sanitize breakfast area, dining tables, and food service equipment

Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management

Assist with kitchen cleanup and dishwashing as needed

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Respond promptly to guest needs or requests in a courteous manner
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous food service , serve safe or hospitality experience is a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Work Schedule:
Typically mornings, including weekends and holidays — shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM.
