General Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the sales and service performance of their branch while providing an exceptional service experience to our members and creating a positive branch culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Management experience with a retail sales or financial institution.
- Ability to meet/exceed branch and individual service and sales goals.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team of employees.

Working Conditions
- Works in a well-lighted and ventilated office setting.
