Branch Manager/East York

General Summary 

The Branch Manager is responsible for the sales and service performance of their branch while providing an exceptional service experience to our members and creating a positive branch culture. 

Minimum Requirements

• Management experience with a retail sales or financial institution.
• Ability to meet/exceed branch and individual service and sales goals.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team of employees.

Working Conditions

•  Works in a well-lighted and ventilated office setting.
