Boots on the Ground Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

Theradynamics is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Boots on the Ground Marketing Specialists. This role focuses on building relationships in the community, promoting our services, and increasing awareness of our clinics through in-person outreach.
This is a great entry-level opportunity — no prior marketing experience required. We provide training, and we’re looking for people who enjoy meeting new people and representing a growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-person outreach in local neighborhoods and businesses
•Distribute marketing materials and information about Theradynamics services
•Build relationships with community members, local organizations, and businesses
•Represent the Theradynamics brand in a professional and friendly manner
•Help increase awareness of our clinics and services
•Provide feedback from the community to the marketing team

Schedule

•30+ hours per week
•Flexible scheduling
•Some daytime and early evening availability preferred
•Qualifications
•No prior experience required (training provided)
•Friendly, outgoing personality
•Comfortable speaking with people in person
•Reliable and responsible
•Ability to work outdoors for portions of the day
•Interest in healthcare, marketing, or community engagement is a plus
