Pizza Ranch started as a single location in Hull, Iowa, in 1981 and has grown into a fast-casual franchise with over 200 locations across 13 states. Known for our signature buffet of pizza, crispy chicken, fresh salad, and desserts, we also offer carryout and delivery options. Responsibilities:

As a Pizza Ranch Crew Member, you play a key role in our daily operations. Positions are available in two main areas:

Front of House (Dining Room):

• Guest hospitality

• Buffet coordination and maintenance

• Dining room cleanliness

• Point-of-sale transactions

• Guest relations and phone responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment

Back of House (Kitchen):

• Food prep and safety procedures

• Pizza and chicken preparation

• Dish room cleanliness

• Processing orders and coordinating carry-out/delivery

• Maintaining kitchen order and sanitation

Exact roles and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift

• Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop

• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

• A strong desire to provide legendary guest service

• Team-oriented with positive interpersonal skills

• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
