Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor
This position is for our Bakersfield region.
Join us as a BCBA and make a meaningful impact on the lives of families and children with disabilities. Working under the guidance of a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you'll join our multi-disciplinary team and assist with delivering in-home ABA services. The goal of our company is to provide high quality services by being a provider for multiple needs, and use technology to help be optimal and fun!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Expertise:
- Utilize clinical judgment to optimize outcomes for each patient.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ensure 100% treatment adherence for all supervision hours each month.
2. Patient Assessment and Treatment:
- Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
- Analyze challenging behaviors, identifying their function, and develop relevant treatment plans.
- Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions.
3. Supervision and Training:
- Monitor treatment integrity, ensuring satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols.
- Direct behavior technicians, providing ongoing coaching and training.
- Conduct regular Caregiver Collaboration meetings and include caregivers as part of the treatment team.
4. Data Analysis and Treatment Adjustment:
- Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress towards treatment goals using technology.
- Adjust treatment protocols based on patient response to treatment.
5. Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain accurate documentation in Skills and patient records.
- Communicate treatment responses effectively to stakeholders and including caregivers.
6. Professional Collaboration:
- Coordinate care with other professionals.
- Engage collaboratively and professionally with payers, attending funding meetings as needed.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence.
- Actively participate in ongoing learning and skill development.
8. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Partner effectively with leadership and team members.
9. Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Experience working with individuals in the homes and conducting ABA services with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other diagnosis.
-Full time (Mon-Fri) Mornings, afternoons, and SOME evenings, paid holidays offs, benefits and retirement.
-Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance
-Ability to provide negative TB Test results
-Ability to pass background check, DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings, and/or provide immunization record
