Positive Behavior Health Developments is currently hiring for a part-time /full-time BCBA,  to provide behavioral health services in  Hillsborough County. We offer $80 an hour as a contractor. 

In addition to competitive pay and our compassionate and supportive culture, we offer our Behavior Analyst / ABA Therapists monthly gas stipends.


 

DAY-TO-DAY

This part-time /full-time behavioral health position typically works a flexible schedule.

As a Behavior Analyst / ABA Therapist, you play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve. You are responsible for implementing kid-centric ABA therapy while playing games and teaching them skills in a naturalist setting. In addition, you help train our behavior technicians to help them become top professionals within their field. You often communicate with the parents of the children you work with and teach them how to implement behavior programs when the technicians aren't there to help them. You will have to need to following:

  • Complete and/or update functional assessments and behavior plans in a timely matter.
  • Adhere to weekly billing requirement as set by the Senior Director of Behavior Services.
  • Complete monthly/quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for the individuals on your assigned caseload.
  • Render clinical services to meet the needs of the consumer. That is, provide services at the location and time associated with the individual needs. This should include a minimum of two days/evenings a week.
  • Supervise and train the RBTs

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BEHAVIOR ANALYST / ABA THERAPIST (BCBA)

  • Current BCBA certification
  • 8-hour supervision certification
  • Ability to remain client-focused when providing services
  • Comfortable working around higher management
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Medicaid Provider
  • 1099
