Remediation Field Supervisor

Trauma Services is the leading and fast-growing biohazard remediation company in the northeast. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager/Field Supervisor to oversee field operations and support the day-to-day management of a satellite office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Lead and manage a crew of technicians on restoration and remediation jobs

·       Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site

·       Maintain clear and consistent communication with upper management

·       Conduct walkthroughs and create detailed, accurate quotes

·       Supervise technician performance and provide on-site guidance

·       Oversee and manage office inventory and supply levels

·       Ensure all aspects of the satellite office run efficiently and in compliance with company standards

·       Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency responses

Required skills and Qualifications:

·       Experience in restoration or biohazard remediation

·       Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or project management role within the industry

·       Highly organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills

·       Good physical health, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and pass a breathing test

·       Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID

·       Ability to pass a background check

·       Reliable transportation

·       Ability to work off hours, be on-call, travel
