We are seeking bilingual (French-English) Customer Service Representatives with proven remote call center experience to join our team! This is a professional-level role — ideal candidates are experienced in handling high call volumes and delivering top-tier service in both English and French.

Applicants must reside in Louisiana and possess an understanding of the state’s parishes, communities, and cultural nuances, particularly in French-speaking regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and empathetically answer inbound calls in French and English.
  • Utilize your remote call center experience to resolve customer issues swiftly and accurately.
  • Log all interactions and outcomes in internal systems or CRMs with precision.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Louisiana’s local geography, including areas with French-speaking communities.
  • Follow scripts and procedures, while using critical thinking to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Maintain professionalism in conversations that may involve urgent or sensitive matters.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken & written) – required.
  • Minimum 1 year of remote call center experience (non-negotiable).
  • Must be a resident of Louisiana.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple systems during calls.
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.

 

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with French-speaking communities in Louisiana, local phrases, and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to handle escalated situations with calm and professionalism.
