Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Representative (Remote – Louisiana Residents Only)
About the Role:
We’re hiring bilingual (Vietnamese-English) Customer Service Representatives with experience in remote call center environments. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for professionals who can handle high call volumes, solve problems efficiently, and provide outstanding service in both English and Vietnamese.
Applicants must currently live in Louisiana, with knowledge of local communities, especially areas with Vietnamese-speaking populations. Your ability to connect with callers culturally and linguistically is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and empathetic customer support in Vietnamese and English.
- Use your remote call center experience to navigate systems, solve problems, and assist callers effectively.
- Accurately document all call details and outcomes using internal CRM systems.
- Apply cultural understanding and regional knowledge of Louisiana during customer interactions.
- Follow scripts and workflows, while also using judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor—even when dealing with sensitive or urgent issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written) – required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a remote call center role (non-negotiable).
- Must reside in Louisiana.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across multiple computer systems during calls.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with Vietnamese-speaking communities in Louisiana and cultural nuances.
- Experience handling escalated or high-pressure customer service calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
