The Team
Our team consists of experts in their respective fields including, but not limited to Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Workers and individuals with a passion for helping others. This team approach allows us to offer our clients a caring, knowledgeable and diverse professional team and a variety of service to meet their individual and specific needs.
You Have:
· Exceptional
English & French communication skills (written & verbal)
· A
minimum of 5 years administrative experience
· Experience
& passion for healthcare
· A
dedicated, quiet home office and reliable wi-fi
· Energy,
integrity & thrive working in a fast-paced environment
· Maturity
and want the opportunity to use your years of experience in a different

· Attention
to detail is a must
· Professionalism
when calling out to a Doctor and/or Specialist offices
· An
understanding of healthcare and medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses

with the privacy of personal health information shared

ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
· Highly
proficient computer skills
· Strong
knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare system
· Strong
time management & organizational skills
· Worked
in roles with performance indicators and rise to the challenge to meet
established metrics

· Identify
and introduce efficiencies to reduce time and improve process flows:
· Participate
in data clean-up within systems
· Manually
entry of client information, request for services, evaluations, referrals and
medical records and reports using various company technology systems
· Research,
coordinate and deliver mental health, healthcare and lifestyle solutions and
services
· On-going
research of resources that meet the client requests
· Participation
in an inbound call queue
· Clear,
proficient and timely documentation of client inquiries and escalation
· Organize,
manage, and respond, to a selection of communication, such as online, emails
and text
· Ensure
our client’s access the services they need in order to achieve their goals and
recovery, including the coordination of care between departments and service
offerings
· Collect
and distribute client information as required
· Other
duties as assigned

is a Full-Time, permanent bilingual position. Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00pm
or 9:00am to 5:00pm.
