Bilingual Food Truck Manager

Position Summary:
The Food Truck Manager for Pacos is responsible for leading the daily operations of the food truck to deliver excellent service and high-quality meals consistent with Pacos standards. This role combines leadership, customer focus, and operational expertise to ensure the food truck aligns with Pacos’ mission and values of serving remarkable food with second-mile service.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Uphold Pacos’ Standards

Deliver consistent quality by adhering to Pacos’ policies, procedures, and recipes.

Ensure a positive representation of Pacos’ brand through exceptional customer service and cleanliness.
2. Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to work efficiently and professionally on the food truck.

Provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members to maintain morale and performance.

Model and promote Pacos’ core values, creating a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
3. Operational Management

Oversee the daily setup, operation, and shutdown of the food truck.

Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded in compliance with local health regulations and Pacos’ policies.

Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
4. Customer Experience

Strive for second-mile service by going above and beyond to serve customers with speed, friendliness, and accuracy.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Financial and Business Management

Drive sales and profitability by optimizing the food truck’s daily operations and promoting the menu effectively.

Track financial performance, including daily sales, inventory usage, labor costs, and other KPIs.

Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to plan special events, locations, and promotions to maximize food truck visibility.
6. Safety and Maintenance

Ensure that all food truck equipment is in good working order by performing routine inspections and coordinating maintenance.

Enforce compliance with safety standards, minimizing incidents and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- 2+ years of experience in food service management or food truck operations.

Proven success in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members, customers, and community stakeholders.

Financial acumen and proficiency in tracking budgets, sales, and labor costs.

Familiarity with Pacos' operational systems, POS platforms, and scheduling software is a plus.
