Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Director, Account Management. The Account Manager will work with the sales and implementation teams to launch new clients as assigned and will be responsible for managing a block of brokers to maintain strong relationship and growth of the business.

Will be responsible for managing a block of clients as well as broker relationships.

 What You'll Be Doing

The Account Manager is the main day to day contact for the assigned book of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all client requests, renewals, meetings and escalations. This position advocates on behalf of clients and collaborates with internal teams to provide appropriate answers for the client queries. This position will require a clear understanding of our full product line and will actively work to identify gaps in client needs to incentivize the use of additional services where they are needed.

  • Manage Book of Business end-to-end
  • Manage relationships with strategic accounts/brokers
  • Work on renewals and education of new products
  • Manage escalations/risks
  • Deliver regular updates/meetings and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Work with client partners to promote and understand the program
  • Conduct client training/orientations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services
  • Provide regular reports on account activity and performance
  • Establish action plans, budgets, monitoring progress and making mid-course corrections to drive business results 
  • Review and understand the growing aspects of our business including partnering with operations/marketing/product team members to understand the aspects of our services and solutions across our full solution set including Disability Management (DM), Workers Compensation (WC), Occupational Health (OH) and IME.

 What You Need to Be Successful

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar sales/customer service role
