We’re looking for a Bicycle Assembler to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado. As a fulfillment lead you will be responsible for the timely and accurate picking, fulfillment, and shipping of orders. An eagerness to create solutions and drive optimization is pivotal for this role. This is an opportunity to join and grow with a performance-driven team in the cycling industry.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

      Safety and efficiently assemble customer bicycles.

      Package and ship completed builds.

      Assist in addressing consumer technical and warranty inquiries.

      Maintain a clean and professional build studio.

      Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer builds and delivery.

      Additional duties to be assigned post-onboarding. This job description serves as a general outline of duties, responsibilities, and requirements. A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to adapt to fluid daily requirements.

 

Basic Qualifications:

      High school diploma or equivalent.

      Experience building and maintaining bicycles.

      Working knowledge of premium bicycle componentry and terminology.

      Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines.

      Attention to detail and commitment to producing work of a superior quality.

      Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit/Google Workspace.

      Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.

      Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

 

Preferred Qualification:

      2+ years in the Outdoor/Cycling Industry.

      3+ years’ experience as a bicycle Mechanic.

      Working knowledge of NetSuite and HubSpot.
