About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Benefits Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, supporting benefit implementations, and providing ongoing client support for our HCM software solutions, including Employee Navigator and potentially Nimble. Your expertise in employee benefits, combined with your strong communication skills, will help ensure our clients successfully navigate their benefits offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging demos of our benefits solutions (primarily Employee Navigator, and potentially Nimble) to prospective and current clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Assist clients during the onboarding and implementation process for Employee Navigator, ensuring smooth setup and configuration.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing clear communication, training, and support related to benefits administration.
  • Assist in creating benefit guides, PowerPoint presentations, and other client-facing documentation. Manage benefit change requests and coordinate with carriers to process updates.
  • Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files for benefits carriers, ensuring accurate and timely data transmission.
  • Support basic account management tasks, including coordinating with carriers and internal teams to facilitate benefits updates and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver presentations confidently during client meetings, webinars, or training sessions.

 

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits, benefits administration, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of benefits products, benefits carriers, and HRIS/HCM systems.
  • Experience with Employee Navigator is strongly preferred; familiarity with Nimble is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Basic understanding of EDI processes and carrier integrations.
  • Proactive, client-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
