As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will be to support skill development, promote positive behaviors, and help children reach their full potential.
- Implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) designed by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
- Encourage socially appropriate behaviors and communication skills.
- Fade prompts appropriately to promote independence.
- Ensure long-term behavior change through evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with families and team members to provide seamless support.
- Educate parents on reinforcement strategies and the importance of early intervention.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (preferred).
- Must obtain Behavior Technician certification within the timeframe set by the BACB.
- Strong ability to collect and record behavioral data accurately.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and seek guidance when needed.

- Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
