As Beer Store Supervisor, You Will

• Supervise and co-ordinate Beer Store staff
• Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
  
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Provide recommendations based on customers stated preferences, needs and desires
• Respond to customer questions
• Conduct sales transactions
• Other duties as required

• Passion for learning - you will gain knowledge 

What You Bring

• Responsible beverage certificate is required
• Previous bartending/serving experience 
• Experience working in a supervisory role is an asset
• Customer service experience
