Bar Supervisor - Moxy Charlotte

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll help lead the bar team and ensure every guest gets top-notch service in a lively, upbeat atmosphere. Your role combines hands-on bartending, shift leadership, and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day bar operations and lead shifts
Serve high-quality drinks with personality and efficiency
Support and train bar crew to ensure consistent service and Moxy vibes
Maintain stock, inventory, and cleanliness standards
Resolve guest issues with confidence and care
Assist in creating fun drink menus and promotions
Qualifications
2+ years bartending experience (some leadership preferred)
High-energy, social, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
TIPS or equivalent certification a plus
Physical Requirements
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and pushing and/or pulling approximately 50lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to stand during the entire 8-hour shift.
