Bartender/Server - Cedar Bluff Location
Introduction:
As we move closer to adding Teppanyaki Tables and expanding our dining room, we are seeking an individual to take on the role of a head bartender that will also have some server elements. We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. This individual will be responsible for running the bar, making drinks for the staff, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bartending skillset isn't required, but definitely a plus.
- This role requires a schedule of Wednesday-Saturday 4:30-CL and Sundays 12-CL.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.

Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items.

Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils.

Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills.

ABC Permit Required.
