Bartender/Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of hospitality.
• Process orders efficiently using the POS system, managing transactions accurately.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in placing orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Previous experience in sales or catering is a plus.
