Bartender at Your 3rd Spot
Bartender — Craft Connections, One Recommendation at a Time
This role is for people who turn great drinks into memorable moments.
You don’t just pour drinks — you read people. You make eye contact, acknowledge guests instantly, and guide them toward something they’ll love. You understand that a clean bar, a confident recommendation, and a genuine interaction can change the entire night.
As a Bartender, you’re a host, a guide, and a craftsperson all in one.
If you love fast-paced service, thoughtful hospitality, and being the heartbeat of the room, this role puts you exactly where you belong.
Your 3rd Spot™ is a Social Experience Club® built for connection. We blend food, beverage, games, and human interaction into one seamless experience designed to keep guests engaged and coming back.
At Your 3rd Spot, we believe hospitality is human. Technology supports speed and flow, but people create loyalty.
The bar is where conversations start — and often where memories are made.
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and zero-proof options
Acknowledge guests within seconds of eye contact, even during peak volume
Make confident, thoughtful recommendations tailored to each guest
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar space at all times
Manage multiple orders with speed, accuracy, and composure
Support event service and overall bar operations
Collaborate with barbacks and teammates to keep service flowing
You instinctively acknowledge guests immediately and make them feel seen
You believe a recommendation is part of hospitality, not a sales tactic
You take pride in cleanliness, presentation, and precision
You stay calm and personable under pressure
You enjoy engaging with guests and shaping their experience
You hold yourself to high standards — even when no one is watching
Bartenders at Your 3rd Spot are empowered to connect, recommend, and create moments that bring guests back. You’re trusted to own your bar, your relationships, and your craft.
We invest in training, promote from within, and offer clear growth paths for bartenders who want to deepen mastery or step into leadership.
You’ll work in a culture with psychological safety and accountability — where expectations are clear, feedback is direct, and excellence is recognized.
This is a Most Loved Workplace because people here feel supported while being challenged to grow.
