Bartender
The Bartender/Server is one who enjoys providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.
Enjoys being a reliable team player and possesses strong customer service skills. Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests for an upscale facility.
This position requires previous experience in an alcoholic beverage related service. You must be at least 21 years of age to occupy this position. Must be available to work all shifts and days, including holidays and mandatory work days; shifts may rotate.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year previous bartending/serving experience in a full scale restaurant
Provide an atmosphere where guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience Must have ability to observe and understand if guest has reached intoxication level & be able to handle the situation We do not serve anyone who looks younger than (30) years old without carding them (NO ECEPTIONS) Must be people oriented and able to hear and communicate effectively in a noisy environment Must be able to stand on both feet for full shift Must be able to work in low-light, smoking environment Prepare and serve cocktails Keep bar clean and organized at all times Be cordial and helpful while taking drink orders, but no fraternization with guests Follow all Company alcohol metering or dispensing rules & procedures Be responsible for the accuracy of the monies collected Balance monies and run designated reports at the end of the shift as well as any other accountability reports Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos as well as write correspondence and complete forms and reports All other duties as assigned
