Direct Report: Beverage Operations Manager

Position: Bartender- Part-time

Summary: We are seeking a personable, professional, and customer-focused bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders are responsible to serve beer and wine in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all members and guests. 

Responsibilities:

·         Serve beer and wine to members and guests

·         Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area

·         Be highly motivated and enthusiastic while working with staff, members and community

·         Excellent customer services skills

·         Able to navigate software and POS systems

·         Must be able to stock beverages and maintain inventory.

·         Able to execute opening and closing procedures.

·         Pay close attention to unfavorable behavior from members and guests and communicate to management or MOD as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities     

·         Bartending experience of 1 year or more preferred

·         Able to lift up to 20 pounds

·         Can multi- task

·         Must be 18 or older

·         Must be able to work nights and weekends as well cover shifts as needed

Certification Requirement

·         MUST BE TIPS CERTIFIED

Compensation and Hours

·         Minimum wage plus tips

·         Nights and weekends; events as needed
