Bartender

Job Title: Hotel Bartender

Location: Element Nashville Airport

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Hotel Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable bartender to join our hotel bar team. As the face of the bar, you will provide personalized service to guests, prepare drinks to order, and help create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and capable of working independently or with a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve hotel guests and local patrons with courtesy and efficiency.
• Mix and serve beverages according to hotel recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
• Handle drink and snack orders from guests at the bar and lounge area.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, payments, and room charges accurately.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink and food pairings.
• Uphold all hotel standards, local alcohol laws, and health regulations.
• Assist with basic bar setup and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and move between the bar and lounge area.
• Able to lift and carry boxes or cases (up to 25 lbs)

Friday - Tuesday Bar Hours 5PM-10PM
