Bartender
Responsibilities
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of bar and dining/event room, following recipes
- Take orders; serve food and beverages
- Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
- Present bills, accept payments, operate POS systems, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Perform opening/closing responsibilities
- Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
- Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age minimum
- Experience in Bartender position or bar/restaurant environment preferred
- Food handling and Alcohol awareness training preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
