Bartender

We are looking for friendly and energetic bartenders to join our staff at Fiddler's Southside.  We are a proud locally owned and operated restaurant, catering to Savannah residents, so expect a lot of returning customers.  Great bartenders will build strong rapport with our regulars, adding to our culture of hospitality. 

Bartenders hired at Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

• Greet guests in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.
• Take beverage and food orders directly from guests.
• Prepare drinks ordered by servers via Service Bar printer.
• Have working knowledge of classic and current drink recipes including those specific to Fiddler's.
• Have working knowledge of restaurant menu including daily specials and promotions. 
• Collect payment for all food and beverages served and record sales in Aloha Point of Sales system.
• Process credit card and cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintain control of bar stock and arrange supplies.
• Clean glasses and additional utensils.
