Location: The Reserve Nightclub – Downtown Los Angeles, CA

About The Reserve:
The Reserve is a premier nightclub in Downtown Los Angeles, known for its upscale atmosphere, high-energy events, and exceptional guest experience. We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Barback to join our team and support our bartenders in delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Position Summary:
As a Barback at The Reserve, you will play a vital role in keeping the bar running smoothly during service. You will work closely with bartenders to ensure they are stocked and supported throughout the shift. Prior barback or bar experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Restock and replenish bar supplies including liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas throughout the shift

• Remove trash, recyclables, and used glassware efficiently and discreetly

• Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and setting up stations before service

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Support bartenders during high-volume service with back-end needs

• Provide excellent teamwork and maintain a professional, positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barback or in a fast-paced bar/nightclub environment is required

• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a high-pressure environment

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be on your feet for extended periods

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
