The Barback works behind the scenes to make the operation of the bar and restaurant run smoothly. Great Barback are those that don’t need to be told or asked to get something. They are constantly aware of what’s on hand in the bar and what’s needed and gets items before a bartender runs out. A Barback has interaction with customers which allows them to relay key information Bartenders or Manager.
