Bar Tender- Barrio Tacos

Our newly opening location features 'Barrio's Build Your Own Taco Concept'. Offering fresh and inspired homemade food, providing taco enthusiasts and the community with access to a truly unique food experience.

Job description-The main duties of the Barrio Bartender include mixing and serving alcoholic beverages in line with the company’s specifications. Specialized functions and duties may include mixing ingredients for beverages like soda, fruit juice, water, and liquor to create alcoholic and non – alcoholic drinks. Bartenders at Barrio are also expected to socialize with bar guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Bartenders will also serve food and drinks to guests and must also complete all the assigned tasks from opening to closing of their duty shifts.

Hours of operation:

• Monday-Thursday: 3pm-11pm

• Friday-Sunday: 11am-1am

Full Time and Part Time Positions Available

Duties:

• Provide superior food and beverage service

• Take and submit customer orders

• Check patron IDs for minimum drinking age requirements

• Answer questions about menu items or beers

• Resolve any patron issues quickly and professionally

• Itemize bills and collect payments

• Clean, prep and bus tables, bar, counters

• Maintain clean and organized service stations

• Keep condiments and utensils replenished

• All other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced environment

• Have reliable transportation, evening and weekend availability

• Must have experience in bar tending

• Must be 21 years of age or older
