Bar Back

Job description-A bar back is a professional who is responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant. They help Servers and Bartenders maintain a clean environment for restaurant patrons throughout the dining experience. Bar backs will maintain glassware, keep ice stocked, keeping bottles stocked, and prepping fruits. 

Hours of operation:
Monday-Thursday: 3PM-11PM

Friday-Saturday: 11AM-1AM

Sunday: 11AM - 12PM 

Full-Time /Part Time Positions Available 

Duties:

•Plating trays and building appetizers for service. Ensure proper portioning and presentation 
•Maintaining pars and inventory throughout the shift
•Running food and addressing customer needs in a friendly and positive way.
•Bussing tables and helping to turn the house efficiently.
•Helping bar stay stocked on ice, glasses, fruit, etc.
•Keeping service are clean throughout the shift. Setting up and breaking down service area
•Communicating with Manager on Duty about status of inventory

Ideal Candidate Will:

Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
Have reliable transportation, evening and weekend availability
Prior experience not necessary, on the job training provided
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
