Banquet Sales Manager

The historic Pendennis club in Downtown Louisville is looking for Banquet Sales Manager to arranges banquets, luncheons, meetings, weddings, dances and other social events; obtains pertinent information needed for guest planning, preparing our newsletter, scheduling staff, guest site tours, planning meetings and tastings, printing menus, oversee day of event execution and turnover process to operations team, preparing function sheets, follow up after each event to ensure the success of the events and review final bill before accounting sends to client, helps in planning and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food operation, other duties as assigned. The Pendennis club is a gathering place of friends where good manners and social graces are still in style. We are looking for responsible, detail orientated, composed individuals who have great attitudes and professional demeanor.
