Banquet Manager
The Banquet Manager is responsible for partnering with the Wedding, Corporate, and Social Sales Department to set up and execute all events. This role oversees all private events, ensuring flawless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to Tidewater Inn’s service standards.

Supervisor Responsibility
This position supervises event staff, including Captains, Servers, and Bartenders.
SCHEDULE:
Management is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (Holidays, Weekdays, and Evenings & Weekends). The schedule will vary based on the hotel, event, and client needs. As a member of senior management, you must be available and responsible to ensure the needs of our clients are met.
