Banquet Captain

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is searching for a part time Banquet Captain to join their team.  This role will work as Banquet Captain in Roost, our elevated event space. As a Banquet Captain in Roost, you will be responsible for supervising the banquet staff. You will be involved in the set up and cleanup of meeting rooms and ballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions. You will execute event orders, provide service for events, and ensure events run smoothly and client’s needs are met.

• Knowledge of food & beverage

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Banquet and Restaurant experience required
• Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage
