Banquet Captain
The Banquet Captain will be responsible for the set up meeting rooms and ballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions. This position will coordinate all banquet staff in servicing and training in conjunction with the Directors and Managers of the department. They execute all event orders and ensure set up of all function rooms and ballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions. They work closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure events run smoothly and client's needs are met.

- Must be available nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years related experience.
- Banquet experience required.
