Job Description
· Provide superior customer service to all members, guests and staff. Greet and welcome all guests to the facility.
· Serve as a source of information for all guests and put them at ease. Cross promotion of other company amenities at every opportunity.
· Greet all golfers and assist in transporting golf bags to and from cars and golf cart
· Maintain a fleet of golf carts daily that have a clean and neat appearance. Responsible to stock carts with pencil, sand, and towels before each round
· Responsible for presentation or work area to include: bag drop, cart area, and staging area.
· Service members and guests after round with above and beyond effort and prepare the returned cart for another round and return to cart area
· Help groups coordinators and staff to prepare for all groups
· Gas and wash down all carts at the end of day to ensure they are clean for the following guest/day.
· Maintain proper dress code and present a pleasant attitude at all times.
· Performs additional duties as required.
