We’re excited to announce that we’ll be opening the new Quincy, Illinois Pizza Ranch in May 2026! We can’t wait to bring our legendary food, family fun, and community-focused hospitality to Quincy — and we’re looking for passionate, guest-focused individuals to join our opening team. 

Who We Are:

Pizza Ranch®, started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch® is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in signature pizzas, The Country's Best Chicken®, fresh salads, desserts, and convenient delivery and take-out options. In 2006, we leveled up the experience by introducing Fun Zone Arcades—in-restaurant entertainment featuring the latest games and prize redemption. Since then, we've been on a rapid expansion path with more than 220 locations across 15 states, and many of them now feature Fun Zone Arcades.

Responsibilities:

Delivery drivers are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and to meeting the expectations of our guests. The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch delivery driver is to deliver orders to the designated location on time. Successful delivery drivers are punctual, efficient, detail-oriented, and always have safety in mind.

Orders taken by delivery drivers are expected to be accurate, not missing any items, and delivered on time in a courteous manner. It is also expected that delivery drivers ensure company vehicles are well maintained before and after their shift. Delivery drivers will be cross-trained and expected to perform other duties within the restaurant as needed, especially during lower-volume shifts.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
• Ability to positively interact with team members and guests
• Delivery vehicle and gas provided
