Back of House team member
Responsibilities
•
Back of House is responsible for prepping ready to eat foods and cooking food to order
•
Maintain high quality food standards
•
Adhere to DHEC and Tropical Grille rules and regulations
•
Adhere to Tropical Grille Recipes
•
Assist putting away truck orders
•
Communicating with management if help is needed
•
Ensure proper rotation and labeling of food, FIFO
•
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen
•
Maintain food quality, consistency, and freshness
•
Marinating chicken
•
Prepare caterings
•
Breaking down and cleaning grille
•
Responsibilities are not limited to direct job description; we expect all team members to perform any additional tasks asked of them by management
