Back of House/Cook
This position will be utilized for all support areas of the kitchen.
Candidate must be able to maintain the order of operations when processing tickets. This area of our kitchen assembles salads, sandwiches, dinners, and operates the fryers. This position will also support the other members of the kitchen, when time allows, with restocking and preparing back up items for the shift.
Candidate must have the ability to work as a member of a team, maintain a neat appearance and work area, be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours. Candidate must be able to repeat operations for quality and consistency. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of safe food handling and requirements of health department policies. The ability to stretch dough is a plus!
