Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a government contracting and staffing practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking several experienced HR analysts of varying skillsets to support a prospective Federal client remotely. The positions are full-time, long-term in nature, and available immediately/upon contract award.
Duties
· Assist in the development of an analytic approach to human capital data
and assist in updating the data management strategic plan.
• Provide programmatic support for various strategic human capital
initiatives, including the analysis, design, development and
implementation of identified solutions.
• Gather information and assist in the development of metrics and key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and success of
various strategic initiatives.
• Implement, oversee, and track performance measures within the OIG
Human Capital Plan.

• Receive and/or extract workforce analytics to identify workforce analytics
trends
• Develop action plans that contain strategies to promote accomplishment
of set goals and objectives.
• Develop a documented methodology to evaluate human capital
programs.
• Develop and present guides and learning tools that enable customers to
monitor and forecast human capital business decisions relative to
existing workforce planning needs.
• Develop a repository of workforce planning tools and best practices.
• Assist customers in identifying key competency and workforce gaps.
Identify ways to better service customers recruiting and hiring processes
by exercising economies of scale and eliminating barriers to the hiring
process.
• Assist with collection of HR data from stakeholders, and produce basic
analyses of aggregated HR data using standard spreadsheet formulas,
charts and graphs, and bulleted lists.
• Assist in the design and develop change management strategies and
solutions.
• Provide programmatic support to the OIG workforce-planning program.
• As requested, provide facilitation services for meetings and events (e.g.
off-site, planning sessions).
• Provide programmatic and administrative support to the OIG
Performance Management Program to include Awards Management.
• Assist in the design and development of the OIG Performance
Management Program pertaining to the Performance Management Cycle
(Planning, Monitoring, Developing, Rating and Rewarding).
• Develop and present guides and learning tools pertaining to performance
management and awards management.
• Provide recommendations for improvement pertaining to the OIG
Performance Management and Awards Program Directives and Policies.
Other Qualifications
· US Citizen
· 4 Years of Relevant Expedrience
· Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
· Experience with MS Office, including SharePoint.
· Strong oral and written communications skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Positive Attitude. Desire to Learn, Customer Service Focus. Professionalism.
