Automotive Lift & Lube Installation Technician

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an energetic, hardworking, experienced Automotive Lift & Lube Installation Technician to join our team in Houston, Tx. As the Automotive Lift & Lube Installation Technician, you will be responsible for engaging in key processes to complete the inspection, repair and/or installation of vehicle repair equipment, such as automotive lube lifts, air compressors and other related equipment at customer locations, using best practices, while providing quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to customer requests for service; Reads and understands service orders
• Use heavy equipment to install lifts, manually install equipment
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and fellow team members
• Maintain company vehicle, parts inventory, tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper and safe working condition

·       Communicate both verbal and written; will interact with customers, dispatch, supervisors and other personnel

·       Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day

·       Assure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures according to applicable federal, state and local codes, regulations and company guidelines

 Requirements:

·       High School Diploma/GED (required)

·       Valid Driver License, with clean driving record (required)

·       Strong mechanical and electrical background

·       Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic repair

·       Ability to lift 75-100 pounds during the course of performing necessary duties

·       Work in heights up to 90’ with comfort

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently

·       Ability to pass a security background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

 ·       Experience servicing/installing lift & lube equipment, air compressors, hydraulic systems, welding and operating machinery

·       Ability to operate equipment such as forklift and scissor lifts
