At Your Service Home Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Home Maintenance Technician with proven experience to join our team, dedicated to providing essential home maintenance services to seniors. Job will require travel to clients homes in the nearby areas on the Northshore. Qualified candidates must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.

Job candidate must possess a strong skillset and knowledge in the following:

·       Basic carpentry

·       Painting, staining, and sheetrock repair

·       Fence installation and repair

·       Minor plumbing and electrical work

·       Gardening and lawncare

·       Experience operating tools and equipment such as pressure washers, zero-turn lawn mowers, and other relevant machinery.

·       Pressure and soft washing

·       Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation

Other qualifications and skills:

·       Work independently and efficiently, managing your schedule and tasks effectively.  Demonstrate reliability and initiative in managing workload and job assignments.

·       Follow assignment instructions and directives given by Home Maintenance Team Lead.

·       Uphold strong customer service standards, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respect when interacting with senior clients.

·       Communicate effectively with Home Maintenance Team Lead and clients while maintaining positive interactions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

·       Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility

·       Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

·       Has an understanding of job safety protocols and demonstrates those practices consistently and at every job, particularly when working in the outdoor elements, using ladders, working at heights, etc. 

·       Additional skills, certifications, or qualifications related to maintenance and handyman services are a plus.
