Compliance Monitor

Churchill Residential is seeking a Compliance Monitor who will  supports the Compliance Director performing and executing proper procedures and policies for all compliance related issues at the Corporate level.  Ensuring the CRM standard of zero tolerance for findings is maintained.  Responsible that all federal, state and local laws relating to compliance are strictly adhered to.  Assists with onsite teams to ensure that compliance issues are being completed per CRM policies and TDHCA.  Responsible for ensuring that both new move in and recertification files are approved per CRM policy..  Reviews all unit status reports  and LURA required supportive services.. Completes NSPIRE inspection submissions as needed.  Completes Part A, B, and C of annual TDHCA reports as needed.  Two to five years experience in monitoring multiple tax credit senior and multifamily property management.  Must have extensive knowledge of the compliance process along with the 811 program. Microsoft products required, Yardi preferred.
