St. Martin’s Episcopal School, an Episcopal independent school serving students from PK-12 and located in Metairie, LA,  is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Director of Enrollment Management. 

This is a full-benefit, exempt position that reports to the Director of Enrollment Management. Although supervision and guidance are furnished by the Director of Enrollment Management, independent judgment is expected in the performance of job duties. This individual will be responsible for a full range of duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the admission office. Successful execution of this role requires a commitment to the task and the ability to perform routine operations in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures set forth by the School and the Director of Enrollment Management. The Associate Director of Enrollment Management is expected to maintain successful interaction with various segments of the school community and office staff in a courteous, cooperative, and informative manner. Confidentiality is essential.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Applicant Testing
  • Application Processing
  • Family Interviews
  • School Tours
  • Coordinate Open Houses
  • Coordinate Class Visits and Group Activity Visits
  • Recruit and supervise volunteers and student "Ambassadors" for Special Events
  • Identify and perform outreach to potential feeder schools to grow the applicant pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to edit, update, and improve our community exposure.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment team to ensure that the student information system and admissions data system (currently FACTS) are accurate and up to date.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Three to five years of experience, preferably in an educational or service environment.
  • Previous Admissions experience is a plus.
  • Ability to make thoughtful, independent decisions and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and make critical judgments.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards and complete large volumes of work within designated timelines, while balancing other priorities and work demands.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated team orientation and flexibility.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with proven discretion and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
