Assisted Living Universal Worker (UW) - PT 1st Shift- Grand Meadows

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time Universal Worker in our Assisted Living Community to join our Grand Meadow campus team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The UW will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. The successful UW will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
