Job Title: Assistant to the Director of Blended Case Management (BCM)

We are seeking an Assistant to the Director of Blended Case Management (BCM) to join our Team!

Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant to the Director of Blended Case Management.  NDTC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families in our community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support the Director of Blended Case Management in recruiting, hiring, training, and monitoring new BCM staff. This role also assists with collecting and organizing program data to improve service delivery and program efficiency. The Assistant to the Director performs additional duties as assigned and is required to meet qualifications and complete training for the Blended Case Manager position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Actively seek recruitment opportunities within the community, particularly at local colleges and universities with graduating students in relevant fields.

Hiring and Onboarding

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with BCM candidates.
  • Complete new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is reviewed, completed, and submitted to Human Resources or uploaded to employee profiles.

Training Coordination

  • Manage BCM training programs, both in-person and remote.
  • Ensure trainees have all required equipment and resources to complete training.
  • Monitor training schedules and completion on a daily basis.
  • Answer trainee questions or refer them to appropriate supervisors when needed.
  • Complete training checklists and forward required certifications to supervisors and Human Resources.

Program Data Management

  • Assist the Director of Blended Case Management with collecting, organizing, and entering program data.
  • Compile data from BCM supervisors and Credible reports into designated spreadsheets and tracking tools.

Minimum Education Requirements/Qualifications: 

The following minimum requirements shall be met by the Assistant to the Director:

In accordance with OMHSAS Bulletin 10-03, Blended Case Management staff must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, education, or another related social science field; or
  • Registered Nurse (RN); or
  • High school diploma plus 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or another social science and two (2) years of direct experience working with mental health consumers; or
  • High school diploma plus five (5) years of mental health direct care experience in public or private human services, with employment as a case management staff person prior to April 1, 1989.
