Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support and drive end-to-end diligence across multiple active transactions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including legal, financial, tax, HR, operations, and integration with Director of Strategic Operations.
• Work with Chief Financial Officer Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses and synthesize key financial diligence insights.
• Maintain deal trackers, timelines, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Lead regular check-ins, facilitate clear communication, and drive accountability among stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and refine diligence processes for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate development, consulting, transaction services, or a related field.
• Direct experience with Quality of Earnings (QoE) or financial diligence engagements.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, fast-moving workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
