Assistant Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales manager by helping manage incoming inquiries, organizing client and event data, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales manager. This role plays an important part in keeping the booking pipeline organized and ensuring potential clients receive timely responses and information.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor and respond to inbound event inquiries and direct them to the sale manager
-Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients using the venue’s database to generate new leads and event opportunities
-Create and send event decks, pricing packages, and venue information to prospective clients
-Create and organize event folders in Google Drive
-Add confirmed bookings to the master calendar
-Enter and maintain lead data in the CRM system
-Track and update lead status throughout the sales process
-Schedule venue walkthroughs 
-Assist with outreach to past clients and prospects using the venue’s database
-Confirm event details with the operations team to ensure proper coordination
-Maintain accurate records across CRM, emails, and Google Drive



Qualifications:

Education

High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, event coordination, or administrative roles is highly valued
Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Hive or similar platforms)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment
Good common sense and good personality, eager to work with others.
