Assistant Restaurant Manager
Jacksons Restaurant + Bar adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area/Beaver Valley is currently searching for an assistant restaurant manager. Jacksons Restaurant + Bar is a neighborhood restaurant offering new American cuisine in a chic and welcoming atmosphere. They offer upscale dining featuring fresh, seasonal and locally sourced foods and an extensive wine and craft cocktail list.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Your role involves managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you may be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your aim is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while creating a positive dining experience for guests. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for excelling in this role.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage
- Supervisory experience required
