Assistant Reading Program Director

They YMCA of Collier County is seeking an Assistant Reading Program Director for an after-school reading mentoring program located in a Title 1 school in Collier County.  The Assistant will be trained to help the Program Director in most aspects of the program , including room preparation and cleanup, entering program statistics in the computer on a daily or weekly basis, learning the curriculum to provide assistance to students, and filling in for the Director as needed.  All training will be provided.  The Assistant must be willing to fill in at other program sites on an as needed basis.  The Assistant must also adhere to the YMCA mission for Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
