Assistant Project Manager

What You’ll Do-
Support the Special Projects team throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects, from kickoff through closeout

Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), ASIs (Architect Supplemental Instructions), submittals, addendums, and closeout files

Assist with coordination between field operations and office teams, including material ordering, tracking, delivery scheduling, rental equipment, and project logistics

Support monthly billings, pay applications, and weekly certified payroll submissions when required

Maintain up-to-date project data to support tracking, reporting, and internal decision-making

Assist with vendor, contractor, and subcontractor coordination to support timelines and project needs

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related communication

Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep workflows organized and projects moving efficiently

Perform additional project-related duties as assigned

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project support

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with electronic file management and cloud-based storage systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
