Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and organized Evening Assistant Manager to support our Account Managers across multiple commercial cleaning sites. This role plays a vital part in maintaining cleaning standards, managing evening operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. It’s ideal for someone who’s flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

• Provide janitorial support and floor care in fill-in or emergency situations.

• Oversee, train, and coach evening janitorial teams across various locations.

• Perform and supervise floor care services: buffing, burnishing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and maintaining VCT, tile, concrete, and carpeted floors.

• Serve as the point of contact when Account Managers are off or unavailable.

• Respond to and follow up on client concerns to ensure timely resolution.

• Deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to designated job sites.

• Support onboarding and training at new contract locations.

• Assist with the launch of new accounts, providing onsite leadership and floor care setup.

• Coordinate schedules, Ehub app messages, and assist with logistics and communication across teams.

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

• Working cell phone (phone stipend provided).

• Proven floor care experience (e.g., waxing, stripping, buffing, etc.).

• Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong organizational skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
